COUNT BEFORE YOU BUILD IN AREA C

The last census that Israel conducted in Area C was in 1997.

With all the fanfare surrounding US President Donald Trump’s historic visit to Israel last week, a highly significant news item got lost in the shuffle and received very little attention.

On the day before Trump’s arrival, The Jerusalem Post reported that at the weekly government cabinet meeting, ministers approved a series of “goodwill gestures” to Trump, initiated by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and designed to benefit the Palestinians.
Eight ministers voted in favor, while Bayit Yehudi ministers Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked opposed. The measures comprise economic benefits including the establishment of an industrial zone in Tarkumiya and Jalama, easing of restrictions at the Allenby border crossing, and new construction for Arabs in Area C of Judea and Samaria.

Regavim is adamant that it is that final gesture – building in Area C – which deserves further scrutiny before it becomes a reality.

The principal question is whether there is a true need for building for Palestinians in Area C, or whether there is an ulterior motive here – namely to fulfill the 2009 Fayyad Plan whose goal is to create a de-facto Palestinian state in Area C, which is under full Israeli control, in defiance of the Oslo Accords.

Former Palestinian Authority prime minster Salam Fayyad’s lengthy manifesto calls on Palestinians to put facts on the ground in Area C, including schools, mosques and houses, in anticipation of failed negotiations between Israel and the PA. His hope is that with swaths of illegally funded (by the EU) towns and villages on the ground in strategic locations in Area C, the world community will automatically call for those areas to be transferred to PA control.

A visit to the E1 area, the South Hebron Hills and other locations in Judea and Samaria will prove that the PA over the past seven years has been attempting to implement the Fayyad plan, with an abundance of illegal building, funded mostly by the EU.

It’s important to note that many of the Palestinians and Beduin living in these illegal communities in Area C have been trickling into these areas from Areas A and B.

So the only real way to find out if there is a legitimate need for building in Area C, or whether this is all a ruse, is for the State of Israel to conduct an accurate census of the Palestinian population in that area. Regavim in fact has been demanding such action be taken since 2010.

The last time Israel conducted a census there was in 1997, over 20 years ago. Since then Israel has been relying on PA figures, but a slew of researchers have indicated that the PA numbers are inaccurate.

An example of the discrepancy is a 2011 UN Humanitarian Fact Sheet on Area C, which estimates that there are 150,000 Palestinians and Beduin living in that area, while Minister Bennett’s proposal to apply Israeli sovereignty over Area C claims that there are roughly 50,000 Arabs living there.

We will never know the truth without a proper census.

Regavim, which is in favor of the application of sovereignty over Area C, is not opposed to construction benefiting Palestinians who lived in that area since 1993, as long as a proper census is conducted proving that the need has arisen as a result of natural growth, as opposed to illegal transfers of populations from areas A and B.

At the same we believe that it is only fair that if the government approves construction projects for Palestinians in Area C that it should also approve building for the Jewish residents of the area as well.

When Regavim found out, just minutes before the cabinet meeting, that the prime minister would introduce his proposal, we immediately contacted our friends in the Knesset demanding that our conditions (mentioned above) be included as part of the motion. However, it was too late, and the gesture was approved without our addendum.

Since then, Regavim sent a letter to the prime minster and all other government ministers explaining why conducting a census is necessary before the government goes forward allowing building in Area C.

It is crucial to note that immediately following the release of the Fayyad Plan, the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs’ (JCPA) Pinhas Inbari published a comprehensive article explaining the dangers of the plan and the need for Israel to maintain its “defensible borders” by continuing to exert control over Area C, especially in the Jordan Valley and the mountain tops overlooking Israel’s coastal plain.

That is precisely why Israel must count before it builds. We cannot risk making goodwill gestures, which might create a de-facto Palestinian state in Area C and jeopardize the security of the entire country.

Why the Deep State Hates Bibi Netanyahu

With the reporting last week that Prime Minister Netanyahu has quietly dropped the “Two-State Solution” from his verbiage, one of his trusted ministers came out and admitted publicly that “The Prime Minister as well no longer supports the two-state [solution].” This shift is of course not much of a shift, but rather a revelation of Netanyahu’s true core beliefs.  This is not to say that Bibi Netanyahu wouldn’t ink a deal if one that is amicable enough was presented, but at the end of the day, we all know that the parameters in which Netanyahu has laid down are not rooted in the present Palestinian reality.

This is why the Deep State, which has its fingers here in Israel hates the Prime Minister. Netanyahu was able to navigate the “Two-State Solution” during Obama’s tenure as if he owned it and yet in the the mere few months after Trump’s victory, Bibi’s support for it is a lonely asterisk in history. This ability to constantly change publicly while continuously putting into action Israel’s master plan for Judea and Samariais is nothing short of remarkable. As a student of the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, Netanyahu learned that the only thing that matters is to keep building and increasing the population of Judea and Samaria. Sometimes this mean a lot and sometimes just a little, but the important part is to constantly grow.

Bibi Netanyahu has been a faithful student, even if his base has not always understood his motives.  Now, with a friendly administration in the White House, one which supports a united Jerusalem under Israel, Netanyahu can once again increase building and development in Judea and Samaria to a point not seen since Bush.  True, the embassy is not moving to Jerusalem, but that is just a superficiality. The most important prize, the one which secures Israel’s control over its Divinely gifted heartland in Judea and Samaria seems to be won.

This is why the Deep State hates Bibi Netanyahu, because he knows how to outsmart them like no other.

Donald Trump, NWO, and the Deep State’s War Against Jerusalem

Donald Trump’s first international trip, like the President himself, broke many previous policies of the USA in regards to major geopolitical issues.  The one that has been most noted is his visit to the Western Wall, which is a first by a sitting American President.  Beyond that, the White House YouTube labeled Jerusalem as part of Israel on their channel.  This is in stark contrast to his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and NSA head General McMaster who do not regard Jerusalem as being part of Israel.

Trump is certainly aware that his actions flew in the face of a globalist agenda, which seeks to destroy the Jewish link to Jerusalem. It is no accident that a peace deal favorable to Israel is coinciding with increased leaks from behind Trump’s back as well as a focused witch-hunt against his team.

The NWO (New World Order) and the Deep State, view Israel’s control over Jerusalem as a threat to their hegemony. Why? The global security state  seeks to undermine the miraculous nature of Israel’s existence and triumph, especially the gains made in just six days 50 years ago. By forcing Israel to give up their Divine connection to these lands, the globalists can prove that they and only they are the rulers of the world. G-D? The globalists want a world where they play that role.

By Israel continuing to do the impossible by returning to their homeland and holding onto their eternal capital, the ability for the globalists and their soldiers in the Deep State to cement their control over the hearts and mins of the world citizens remains elusive.

By Trump essentially declaring that Jerusalem belongs to Israel, he has out flanked the global elite.  By doing that, the President has pushed them to increase their animosity to himself and his agenda.  McMaster and Tillerson will try to derail Trump’s accomplishments he made between the Arab world and Israel.  Expect the leaks to increase and the investigations to begin to focus on the President himself. All the while the North Korean crisis will erupt and drag America into a serious war, leaving Israel vulnerable to attack.

Trump has done the unthinkable, but the Deep State and the globalist agenda have tremendous power behind it, enough to harm the President and his backers. The war over Jerusalem is beyond politics and intersects with who we and the world as people truly want to be. Children of G-D or servants of man.

Why The Temple Mount is Not in Our Hands

The time has come for the Jewish People to look themselves deep in the mirror. We can no longer point to the anti-Temple Mount resolutions of the UN and EU. We can no hide behind radical Islamic violence in response to Jewish ascent to the Mount. We can longer cite US pressure or the great betrayal of Moshe Dayan, who handed the keys over to the WAKF 40 days after the victory in 1967. We have only ourselves to blame for the fact that “The Temple Mount is NOT in our hands”.

Yesterday, as the Jewish world celebrated the 50th reunification of Jerusalem and the liberation of the Temple Mount with Hallel, concerts, and speeches, over 1,100 Jews made the most significant celebration of them all. We chose to wake up early in the morning, immerse in the Mikveh and finish our morning prayers by 7:30 am and ascend to the Temple Mount to declare that our Holy Mount shall never be abandoned.

By the time Mugrabim Gate opened at 7:30 am over 400 Jews were already waiting with great joy and anticipation to enter. Even as they waited for hours to enter, they sang and danced with tremendous fervor! Unlike the non-Jewish tourists who were ushered into the Mount speedily, the Jews were counted one by one and sent up slowly into the Mount under heavy police and WAKF escort. By organizing us into groups of about 40, the police were able to ensure that no Jewish prayers would be recited. A number of young Jews had the courage to resist against the anti-Jewish and Democratic no-prayer decree. Some bowed down, others said the Shema and a group even sang Hatikvah. As a result, the Israeli Police arrested 15 Jews on Jerusalem Day.

So, who is responsible for the grave trampling of Jewish rights on their own holiest site?  Maybe the UN, EU, US or Jordan? No, if you have remained silent, then the answer is you!

Friends, I am calling upon you to end the silence! Please sign the Temple Mount Manifesto and urge your family, friends and community to get involved. Our goal is to reach 100,000 signatures by August 9th, which is the date of Tisha B’av.

The time has come for the Jewish People and all friends of Israel to unite for the Temple Mount and declare once again- THE TEMPLE MOUNT IS IN OUR HANDS!

Ron Lauder, against whom the film clip is directed, is a Jewish American man who has many merits in Israel’s fight for legitimacy and is the president of the ‘Jewish Congress’.

However, today he serves as President Trump’s unofficial adviser and envoy for the Middle East and is one of the central figures pressing Trump to “close the deal” between Israel and the Palestinians.
