President of Togo in Israel to Improve Ties

President of Togo Faure Gnassingbe met with Prime Minister Netanyahu in Jerusalem as more and more African countries are opening up to Israel.  Togo may be one of the poorest countries in West Africa, but it offers Israel a lot of potential in it’s positioning on the Gold Coast next to Ghana.

Very little people know of Israel’s success story in Ghana through companies like STL who are heavily involved in building Ghana’s infrastructure.  With Israel’s potential partnership brewing just east of Ghana, Israel is set to do in West Africa, what it did in the East.

Togo is essentially an open slate, ripe for a country like Israel to step in and help propel it forward. With Ghana and Togo, and Benin itching to hop on the wagon, Israel is quickly building up a buffer zone in order to protect sub-Sahara Africa from Jihadists.

Iran Wins, Israel Loses

Swiss arbiters ruled in favor of the national Iranian oil company in a long-standing dispute with Israel controlled Trans-Asiatic Oil Company.  The  sum to be paid is $1.2 billion. Thanks to the Obama administration’s “landmark” nuclear deal with Iran, its national oil company has been removed from the sanctions list.

The case is interesting in that it recalls a time before radical Islam swept into power in Tehran when Iran and Israel had a budding alliance. Of course in 1979 that all changed along with Iran’s refusal to complete their end of the deal, which called for Iran to deliver oil to Israel until 2017.  Despite this, the Swiss Supreme Court in Lausanne saw things differently, giving into Iran’s accusation that it is owed compensation for the 50 shipments of oil it had already sent to Israel before the Shah’s fall.

The hypocrisy of Iran winning a case whose existence only happened, because the same Iranian regime wanted to cut business ties with Israel to begin with is glaring. What is even more wild is the Swiss arbiters. The logic of their decision lacks foresight. Obviously, the Israeli company would have been glad to continue shipping oil, but the Iranians refused to work with them.

So now Israel must pay a regime money most likely to be used in terrorism against Israelis and Jews worldwide.

COVERING FOR ISIS: Ex-CIA Head Mike Morell Still Insists Anti-Islam Video Caused Benghazi

Hillary Clinton Benghazi

Self denial seems to be prevalent in American politics. The idea that a video can absolve a group of people from acting violently is absurd.

Let’s assume for a moment, that the Jihadists who attacked the Benghazi embassy were really only spurred on to do it because of an anti-Islam video.  Why does disparaging comments about one’s religion from an obscure YouTube video give people the right to act violently?

Now onto reality.  The question now is why Mike Morell feels the need to continually spew nonsense onto the airwaves when any thinking person knows his assertions are outrageous?  The answer is simple. Morell and parts of the security establishment are covering over Hillary Clinton’s role in using the Libyan embassy to transfer arms to Syrian rebels.  These Syrian rebels were already known Jihadists preparing to form a caliphate.

If Mike Morell gives any other reason for the attack on the embassy in Benghazi, he will inadvertently implicate the former Secretary of State in transferring arms to known Jihadists.

So Why Now?

Hillary Clinton’s campaign knows Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is out to get her and when he says he has damning evidence he will release, he is most likely referring to proof Hillary Clinton knew she was helping to gestate what would become ISIS.  Well, we all thought an October surprise was some sort of war to distract the country. What happens if it’s the opposite? Perhaps the real surprise will be proof of the government’s complicitness in forming ISIS.

America’s topsy-turvy political circus is really just about to get weirder.

Erdogan’s Visit to Russia Calls Into Question Israel’s Strategic Neutrality

What we have learned over the last year is that just when you think you’ve figured out the geopolitical machinations of the Middle East you’ve got it all wrong.

While the USA under Obama has tried to find a way to gracefully retreat from the Middle East, Russia has been see as stepping into fill the void.  Turkey on the other hand has been playing up the chaos card to try exert some control of its own on the region.  As of two months ago, Russia and Turkey were nearly set to go to war, but all of that has changed.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan is choosing to go to Russia as the first country he visits post the failed coup.  As of a few weeks ago Turley decided it can no longer afford to have the Russian bear breathing down its neck. That, together with the need to be part of any growing gas consortium brought it to finalize rapprochement with both Israel and Russia.

Most assumed the rapprochement between Russia and Turkey was superficial.  Now we are learning that is not the case. In a post USA Middle East anything is possible.  Turkey believed it would be the power to beat in the region. Erdogan gambled one time too many and has found himself in the enviable position of making peace with the Russians instead boxing them out.

This fast-moving strategic maneuver has thrown Israel’s defense strategy into disarray. Throughout the middle east’s chaotic shift, Israel has been trying to remain neutral except for instances of self-defense.  With Russia and Turkey teaming up to carve out areas of the Middle East for themselves Israel can remain neutral no longer. It must pick a side to be on.  Does it want to be part of the dying West or join with Turkey and Russia and have a say in the new Middle East.

Has the Caliphate Reached Israel?

With today’s charge against a Northern Galilee resident for supporting ISIS, the populace in Israel once again wonders if ISIS is here. The fact is they have been here for a while.  The problem with looking at ISIS as an organized terror force is that it leads experts in the wrong direction.

It took a while for investigators to piece together that the Sarona market shooting was indeed the work of ISIS affiliated terrorists. If rumors can be believed a sizeable population of Arabs in Judea and Samaria openly support ISIS.  This does not mean that the “caliphate” has set up shop in Israel’s Biblical Heartland, but it means that ISIS is providing inspiration to the Arab street in Israel.  Most Arabs, especially in pre-1967 Israel are against ISIS, but because of the nature of the Arab street in Judea and Samaria having lived under years of PA incitement, the leap to ISIS is easy to imagine.

Today’s charge against 29-year-old Wasim Ahmed Khutaba of the Nazareth-area village of Reineh should be no surprise. The challenge now is finding a strategy that will prevent ISIS inspired terrorism like what happened in the Sarona market and the murders of Hallel Ariel, and Rabbi Michael Mark.

The battle to stay ahead of ISIS will only get harder as the terror group will likely change tactics after an Israeli firm was able to hack an ISIS Telegram group, where attacks were planned out.  According to the report on channel 10, only 500 members worldwide belonged to this secret group.

On one hand, hacking into the group is a great win for Israel, but prematurely revealing the hack may have compromised a long-term tactical breakthrough.

Will ISIS Attack the 2016 Rio Olympics?

With the Olympics set to start tonight, security officials are concerned over the potential for a serious ISIS attack on the games.  Brazilian officials have already been taken to task over the lax security environment in around the games. With terror just one of the many security issues facing the games Brazil’s security services are clearly inexperienced in something of this magnitude.

In the days leading up to tonight’s opening games security officials have stepped up there work.  They have become so concerned that 13 different Israeli security firms are aiding the protection of the games. In fact, one man has already been caught with a gun.

How Will ISIS Attack?

For most security experts on the look out for a well planned mega attack, they are looking at ISIS’s operational strategy the wrong way. Time and again, ISIS has been able to get passed security officials by utilizing nearly spontaneous reactions by ISIS supporters to overwhelming propaganda. Stabbings, car rammings, and lone gun men are far harder to predict and control than a well constructed terror cell.  The worst thing security officials can do is go out of their way to protect against something that is far too complex for ISIS and miss the anonymous attendee ready to ounce.

The Battle of Dabiq

The battle of Dabiq, a mythological battle at the end of the days predicted by Islam to take place between the forces of the Mahdi/Caliph and the countries of the world is necessary according to Islam in order to usher the end times in.  The Olympics provide and excellent opportunity for ISIS to wage an international battle of Dabiq against what they see as the forces of the world gathered at the Olympics.

So will there be an attack. No one knows, but security officials better listen well to the private Israeli firms that are already there.  Thousands of lives may depend on it.

Terror in the Heart of London

When Brexit passed, the backers of the movement warned of the consequences of staying within the EU.  One of the arguments was the liberal immigration and migrant policies of Brussels. The British took the voting booth behind an anti-immigrant sentiment and voted to leave the EU.

With terror striking the streets of London last night in the guise of a stabbing onslaught carried out by a young Norwegian-Somali, the proof that leaving the EU at this time couldn’t have been more.  As the blood i cleaned up from the streets and the murdered is laid to rest and the wounded healed, a crack in the fundamental British disconnect from what happens on the mainland is growing.

What will Britain do next? If the answer is more police or stricter enforcement of potential immigrants, then ultimately London is only papering over the symptom instead of tackling the deeper issue.

There is something mildly bizaare about a Muslim mayor of London appealing for calm. London mayor Khan said: “I urge all Londoners to remain calm and vigilant. Please report anything suspicious to the police‎. We all have a vital role to play as eyes and ears for our police and security services and in helping to ensure London is protected.”

Already 10 years ago, London gained the nickname Londinistan. This nickname has not only stuck, but it has become synonymous with the city.  In order for Britan tackle the potential threat it now sees o its streets, it must reverse the Islamification of British culture. It must remove Londinistan and replace it with London. The British government must make it clear that Brexit is happening and no new immigration from areas that are frought with chaos and terrorism will happen until after a British only immigration policy post Brexit is developed.

There is still time for the British to save themselves and keep wat occurred last night to an outlier, but time is of the essence and so far British politicians are too kean on employing only a superficual fix.

[Video] Palestinian Father Begs IDF Soldiers to Kill His Son

Father Asks IDF to Kill Son

In what must be one of the most disturbing pieces of video footage, a Palestinian father confronts IDF soldiers during a protest and pleads with the soldiers to shoot and kill his little boy.

In the video, the father is heard yelling at the IDF soldiers, “Shoot him, Shoot him. ” He then goes on to command his son, “Go go over there. Don’t be afraid. Go over there. Let them shoot you. Let them kill you.”

This video has gone viral, even in the Arab world. The only difference is that when the Palestinian Authority TV station reported the story, they edited out the part of the video that shows the soldier reaching his hand out to the boy in a friendly gesture and the boy then shaking his hand. Instead, the PA TV outright lied and praised the boy for not shaking the IDF soldier’s hand. The PA is known for its incitement against Israel and Jews and has a history of hiding the facts and outright lying to the public.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a public statement commenting on the video in which a Palestinian father calls on soldiers to shoot his son. “I’ve just watched a video that shook me to the core of my being. In just a few seconds, it shows why our conflict persists,” he said.

If the Palestinian culture does not immediately change its obsession with death, martyrdom and murder, the chances of peace with Israel will become even more unlikely.

Obama and Kerry Paid Ransom Money to Iranian Regime to Free Hostages

It has been reported that the Obama administration sent up $400 million to Iran by way of unmarked cargo plane as payment to free the American hostages that Iran had been holding. Although the Administration at the time insisted it was not folding on paying to free the hostages, more and more proof comes out saying otherwise.

This should not come to a surprise as the administration from the beginning of P5 +1 negotiations engaged in a strategy of obfuscation and semantic gymnastics in trying to show the American people and the Israeli government that it was in fact not caving in on its core principles.

With the new information coming to light, there should be no doubt about Obama’s interest in a détente with Iran from the beginning.  The question is, why has Obama been so interested in rapprochement with the Iranian terrorist regime?

Obama believes that there really are no terrorists.  As a follower of historical Marxism, all conflicts are essentially due to class struggles and economic issues. This is why Obama and John Kerry felt from the beginning that Iran just needed enough incentive to first come to the table and then sign onto an agreement.  The problem is, what happens if the incentive Iran is looking for is the destruction of Israel?

IDF & Hamas Share Common Enemy: Pokémon Go ?

Pokémon Go, the new and successful augmented reality mobile game has soared in popularity around the world, including Israel and Gaza. Now the game poses a security threat to both the IDF and Hamas.

Pokémon Go players follow a digital map on their phones to catch digital creatures by searching streets and buildings in real time. The game created a frenzy around the world and has even found its place in Israel’s Presidential office and a US State Deparment briefing.

The problem with the game is the extent players are willing to go in order to find Pokémon creatures, trespassing into private property and breaching boundaries. The IDF has concerns that the game may leak sensitive information such as army base locations and images from inside military buildings. Therefore, they banned Israeli soldiers from playing Pokémon Go.

Now even Hamas is keeping a close eye on Pokémon Go and its players, making sure they do not come into close proximity to their bases and hiding spots.

At least the IDF and Hamas now have a common enemy. Will it be enough to bring peace?
